FAQ
Questions we get asked first
Will our data be used to train someone else's model?
Not on our watch. Where a hosted model is appropriate we use terms that exclude training on your inputs; otherwise we run open-weight models on your own infrastructure.
What stops it making things up?
Grounding and evaluation. Answers are retrieved from your own documents and cite which one they came from.
Do we need a lot of data before this is worth doing?
For retrieval work, no. Predictive modelling needs enough history to learn from — we'll tell you up front if you don't have it.
What happens when a better model comes out?
You swap it. The retrieval layer, prompts and evaluation set are yours and stay put.
